1st time I have bought online from Innermost. Spent alot of time looking for a protein and recovery product that suits me and doesn't make you bloat. This bundle has everything and tastes fantastic. Full of flavour and doesn't taste like a powder. Will definately be ordering on a regular basis. I’ve struggled to find a great vanilla whey/vegan protein (I’m not fussy) that doesn’t leave a weird taste when heated in porridge or pancakes. This protein powder is amazing. It makes it so easy to hit my protein macros without me having to compensate on carbs and fat and it tastes so so good. I haven’t tried chocolate yet but it’s next on my list after hitting subscribe and save on this...

I’ve only been using this product for a short while....so all I can is that I have noticed some things. My sleep has improved in terms of going to sleep and how I wake up..... but I’ll wait and see if it’s effects my training when I go back to the gym. It’s easy to take and with no after taste. It’s a thumbs up from me.

Awesome taste, filling and fantastic compliment to good training

I am a typical guy who loves to eat bad and drink too much and hates exercising. Then I have a health scare, got to get fit and cut the bad stuff out. I have been doing ok but needed a good protein not easy to find. I have tried them all and I have quite a collection of them and then I discovered innermost this stuff is the bomb love it. No sticky horrible mess and horrible taste it’s smooth, tasty and makes me feel great. It also arrives so quickly even during lockdown. I am using the lean protein and have noticed changes to my body In a good way. Definitely give innermost a go and this is coming from a guy who said none of that stuff works. Thanks.

Only been using this for just over a week, not really seen any results in my weight but that could be a bit of muscle gain. On the other hand I’ve noticed that I have more energy And it’s sustained throughout the day.
I take it with water like it states on the packaging, it mixes well but tastes and smells horrible so would recommend having it with something flavoured.
Don’t know if it’s just mine but the powder is very clumpy.
Overall I would recommend this product.

I can honestly say that this is the best protein there is. I feel so much better taking it after my workouts and it tastes like heaven. The best bit are all the added superfoods that means I'm getting so much more than just protein for a fraction of the price.

I started Innermost May this year and have tried a variety of their products. One product I keep subscribed to is Lean. It's brilliant! Protein packed, minimises cravings and tastes very good!

I've been having the chocolate flavoured strong powder in a shake post workout, it's delicious and not sickly tasting. I definitely feel the difference at the gym and am lifting heavier weights, and also recovering quicker. My only complaint is the packaging, does it have to come in such a big box? Also now I've got it on subscription, I don't need a plastic spoon in every bag. This feels wasteful, perhaps the spoon could be a one off with your first purchase?

We've been loving The Health Protein (vanilla is our favourite) for about 5 years now - parents and teenagers alike. I was looking for a vegan one with a good flavour and when I found this one with the mushroom blend I was sold. Equally good in smoothies, mixed in yogurt, and also in baking. My husband would really never let me get anything else.

I’ve been taking it for a few weeks and have really noticed an improvement in performance during HIIT classes. Would be great if it was micronised for easier digestion and dissolvability. A 5g scoop would also be useful.

I suppose there’s always a compromise, and this time it’s taste that’s taken the hit. I’ve been using protein supplements for over 20 years, and this is easily the most synthetic-tasting one I’ve tried. I can’t comment on the results yet, as I’ve only been taking it for three or four days, but I doubt I’d buy it again. In fact, I’m already questioning whether I’ll even be able to finish this batch.

Great taste and super easy to mix in anything.

Tastes good, consistency is smooth when shook, unlike other proteins I've tried. Ultimately gains are on me and my training, but the protein is doing what it should and is as enjoyable as protein can be. Only negative i find is the shipping cost on subscriptions, it would be good if it were cheaper or free when ordered on subscription.

I have been ordering this for a year and it is safe to say this is my go to protein. It packs a punch at over 30g of protein. It’s clean with minimal ingredients, but the added ones are a real bonus that I haven’t found in others. I mix the vanilla flavour with Greek yoghurt and it tastes absolutely sublime! I can genuinely feel the difference in strength and I can also visually see the difference (this is dependant upon how disciplined your diet and training is might I add). Overall a fantastic product!

I have been using this for years - it gives me a great energy boost before exercise but doesn't give me the caffeine crash I get from energy drinks

This is my go to protein shake. The only one that does not make me feel bloated. Tastes good as well.

I’ve tried lots of different powders and this is definitely the best. It tastes great on its own or in recipes.

taste is incompletely unbearable and leaves a dry sort of texture in your mouth. very depressing!
