I have been using the Innermost Protein powders for a few years now and ow my whole (grown up) family use it too when they need a protein boost before or after exercise. We each have a favourite flavour so I would recommend trying them out. I like that Strong already has Creatine in so no need to supplement as well if you take that.
I was impressed with the simple list of ingredients, it's easy to digest, and there's no funky after taste.
I'm just surprised by all the reviews that mention the great flavour. I bought Smooth Chocolate, which doesn't really taste of anything even mixed with less water. Not what I'd expect from something of a premium product.
Innermost Strength proves everything I'm looking for with creatine alongside protein and the bonus of magnesium to aode recovery.
I bought this as alternative to the Lean protein, although I'm not vegan. I have to say it's easier on my stomach and doesn't take long time to digest. I tried strawberry flavour which is nice, but feels slightly grainy. Not sure if this is specific to the vegan line, or the strawberry taste.
I love this protein powder. It tastes delicious and helps with my muscle recovery. It sucks that the tarrifs are making the shipping price so expensive.
