I really like the energy booster as I really see a difference when I run. The first time I used it I ran a personal best for a course that I have been doing for years. Used again for the following week and recorded another personal best. Great product

I’ve been using the products by Innermost since February of this year, and especially the Hydrate electrolytes are party of my everyday life. I notice a difference when I don’t take them. Either before sports, after an incredibly warm day or for travels - they help so much with energy, hydration and overall feel-good.
The hydrate electrolyte blend has been a lifesaver for my elderly (92) mother, who has problems processing electrolytes and salts. I was looking for for Rehydrat or Diorilyte but they are full of fillers and sugar and also taste foul!
